Hervorragende Lage, top Ausstattung und eine angenehme Buchung. Bequeme Betten. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit doch zu wünschen übrig. Auch nachdem wir die Reinigungskraft nach unserem 30min. verspäteten Check-In gebeten hatten, die Böden noch einmal zu saugen, wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass ein trockener Wischmop das doch auch erledigen könne. Sauber war’s danach nicht und es lag noch Müll unter der Sitzbank in der Küche. Außenseiten der Betten waren teilweise verschmutzt. Die Duschwand ist nicht dicht. Preis- Leistung war schon in Ordnung. Nur so richtig wohl haben wir uns aufgrund der Sauberkeit dann leider doch nicht fühlen können.

Top location in der absoluten City von Wien
In der Wohnung hätte man auch bequem mit 5-6 Personen übernachten können. Sehr sauber. Gut ausgestattet, im Wiener 1. Bezirk.2 Schalfzimmer mit Doppelbett und in einem Zimmer zusätzlichen Kinderbett. Die Betten sind entgegen einer Bewertung, die ich gelesen habe, neu und sehr gut. Ein Wohnraum mit Küche , Esstisch und einem Bett/Sofa, wo auch noch jemand hätte schlafen können.Ein funktionales Bad mit Waschmaschine.Alles gut und neu. Einzig negativer Punkt. Die Wohnung istvrelativ dunkel, weil zum Innenhof gelegen. Aber dafür sehr ruhig.
