Residence Seestern PENTHOUSE apartment 26: close to the beach and furnished to a high standard

The very spacious and luxuriously furnished 3-room penthouse apartment (approx. 116 m²) is spread over 2 living levels on the 1st and 2nd floors and has 1 balcony and 2 roof terraces.

In this fantastically beautiful and light-flooded apartment, you will be surrounded by a colonial-style ambience: high-quality terracotta tiles in all rooms, textured plaster, artistic pictures in warm colours on the walls and furnishings with stylish wooden furniture. The apartment is fully furnished.

The penthouse apartment sleeps a total of 5 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide you with a children's travel bed (without duvet, pillows and covers) and a high chair free of charge.

The very spacious and very tasteful living room on the 2nd floor is furnished with a separate seating area with couch, coffee table and 2 armchairs as well as various sideboards and cupboards. From here you can access the 2 beautiful and large roof terraces with partial sea views.

For your entertainment, the apartment has 5 modern flatscreen TVs (cable TV) in all living rooms and bedrooms as well as the bathroom on the upper floor including DVD player and a hi-fi system. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

In the lower area of the apartment is the kitchen-cum-living room with fully equipped kitchenette with 4-plate ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as a large dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully and well equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots.

The 2 cosy and friendly bedrooms (1 x on the 1st floor and 1 x on the 2nd floor) are each furnished with comfortable double beds, bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The bedroom downstairs has access to the balcony there, the bedroom upstairs has separate access to the roof terrace there.

An additional comfortable sleeping option for another 5th person is provided by an additional bed that can be set up on request.

The apartment has 2 bright and modern bathrooms (1 x on the 1st floor and 1 x on the 2nd floor). Both bathrooms are each equipped with a shower with walk-in entrance, toilet and sufficient storage space, the upper bathroom also has a bathtub.

The apartment has a balcony on the 1st floor and two large roof terraces on the 2nd floor. These are all equipped with comfortable seating and reclining furniture.

You can use the existing safe to protect your valuables.

Furthermore, a sauna facility is available on the first floor of the residential complex against a coin slot.

A communal (coin-operated) washing machine and a tumble dryer can be used by all guests.

The upper floors of the residential complex can be easily reached with the existing elevator.

You can park your car free of charge in a car parking space belonging to your apartment directly next to the residential complex, your bicycles can be stored in the large bicycle cellar. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental in the immediate vicinity of your residential complex if you are interested.

Bringing a dog is possible on request – a one-time moderate surcharge will be charged for the increased additional cleaning effort in this regard (see prices).

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment in the interest of our non-smoking guests, please use the balcony or terraces for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
