Waldhaus WE 18: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach

This modern and bright 2-room apartment (approx. 49 m²) on the 2nd floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The modern and very spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 4 chairs and 2 sideboards. From the living room, you have direct access to the large and sunny loggia (facing southeast) with a magnificent view of the nearby Baltic Sea. Here you can relax while enjoying breakfast or savour the balmy summer nights in the evening with a good glass of wine…!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, internet radio, and a selection of board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, exhaust hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious and bright bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a chest of drawers, and a spacious closet. From here, you also have access to the loggia. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.

The bright and modern bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling shower with a real-glass shower enclosure, a sink, a cosmetic mirror, a toilet, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony or loggia for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
