Wunderbare Villa im phantastischem Baustil. FeWo 18 mit Balkon über zwei Zimmer war genial. Auch der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist ein Plus. Die Tannenstraße ist sehr belebt da sie direkt zum Strand führt. Das online Angebot, die aussagekräftigen Fotos und die Abwicklung bis zur Abreise empfanden wir als sehr professionell. Auf eine Anfrage wurde sofort freundlich reagiert.

Die Wohnung (2.Etage) war schön und sehr sauber.Ausstattung komplett,alles da was man braucht.Großer Balkon,schöne Aussicht über Kühlungsborn und ein kleines Stück Ostsee war zu sehen.Zum Strand bzw.Promenade keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß.Reservierter Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.Auf der Hinfahrt erhielten wir E-Mail von der Appartementvermittlung,das die Whg bezugsfertig wäre.Bei Schlüsselübergabe im Büro waren auch die Kurkarten schon ausgestellt. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub,wir waren rundum zufrieden!
