Beautiful and spacious accommodation in perfect location.

Pros: Wonderful stay. The apartment has a great kitchen and spacious dining and living area. 2 A/Cs helped us survive hot days in Venice. Great location - walking distance to main sights in Venice. Although it’s located in central area, it was quiet at night. Big and comfortable bed! Good size for a family! I would like to stay here again when I come back to Venice. Smooth check in. The owner, Max is very kind and responsive. He answered all our questions quickly. Cons: None

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice at Campiello Del Spezier. The apartment was more than enough room for our family of four. Renata met us at the apartment to explain the nuances of the apartment and give us some Venice treats. There was an abundance of shops and restaurants nearby. Our only regret is that we did not leave ourselves with enough time to visit Murano and Burano Islands. Maybe next time. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again when we return.

Venedig ist eine Reise wert.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich, die Küche war zwar klein aber angemessen. Das einzige war das Wasser im Badezimmer. Beim Duschen wurde das Wasser kalt und erst nach ein paar Minuten wieder warm. Trotz allem, Venedig ist eine Reise wert.
