The room had an amazing view from the 37th floor. Clean and affordable as the assigned parking offers relief from the hotel parking fees. The potential savings from many of the area hotel hidden fees are a nice bonus but with some tradeoff of an aging building. The host was amazing and I would recommend the stay.

The view was amazing! Location was very good. Walking distance was good to restaurants & the beach. Secure parking was good. But be prepared to hike up & down 37 flights of stairs if the elevators go out; as it did to us for the last 3 1/2 days of our stay. This was not the owner's fault, but building maintenance is a concern. The owner did refund 1 night's stay, but it was still very hard on us.

The room had a a beautiful view with large windows that opened up to the ocean. The room is definitely dated and in need of a little refresh. I had a few issues like a lingering mildew smell, and a few roaches in the bathroom that came out at night, although common for tropical areas it still caught us off guard. NOTE: If you are afraid of heights I would stay away due to the fact that the elevator is on the exterior of the building and the room is on the 37th floor! Gave me a bit of anxiety the first 2 nights but i git used to it after the 3rd.

Nice restaurants, no tourists shops. Only shopping malls, which we have back home. Room was clean and excellent view of the ocean. I don't think it sleeps three people, one bed and one longer lounger chair. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Beautiful View!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing! The location was close to the mall and so many other places that we didn’t need a car to get around. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Close to everything

Stayed for a week. Everything was convenient. We Uber for the first few days and then decided to get a rental car. One of the elevators was down when we were there so the wait time was a little long, but not too awful. Having parking on site was a plus for no charge

Nice place to stay.

Decent place to stay. Walking distance to beach and gym. Needed dish soap and bathroom soap. Overall, it was clean. Elevators slow ya down a bit. Everyone seemed to be friendly and nice. The price is right. If you looking for an affordable place to stay in Hawaii, this is a great place.

Breathtaking view!!

My daughter and I stayed in this room for 9 days. The view never got old!! I was completely enchanted with the expansive ocean and city panorama, particularly enjoying the sailboats and canoe paddlers out on the ocean. The location is amazing… so close to the Ala Moana shopping center, park, beach, and Waikiki center. We had a car but walked a lot as well. The free, secure parking was a huge bonus and the parking spot itself is very conveniently located near the elevators. And speaking of elevators (as others have had issues), we had no problems during our stay and found them to be very quick considering we were on the 37th floor. The building staff was very friendly. There is an ABC store right on the corner that has most anything you’d need. We were so happy with this unit and highly recommend it!
