The kitchen is open to the living room. Here you will find comfortable facilities including a dishwasher. Microwave, stove, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, egg cooker, kettle and of course plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. In the bedroom you will find extra high beds, adjustable slatted frames and plenty of storage space in the wardrobe.
The beds will of course be made upon your arrival. The sofa bed in the living room with slatted frame offers another sleeping option. This means there is space for up to 4 guests in the apartment.
In addition to the usual bathroom amenities with shower and toilet, there are plenty of towels ready for you upon your arrival. We would be very happy about your visit!

Strandstrasse is very centrally located in Borkum's pedestrian zone. In just a few minutes you can reach the lighthouse and the train station. The City Center as a shopping opportunity is right around the corner.
While the Toornkieker apartment on Strandstrasse impresses with its excellent view, the Seeschwalbe apartment offers space for 4 people and even has a balcony!

Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, die Innenstadtlage kam mir sehr gut aus, weil ich prima Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Haus hatte und trotzdem auch sehr schnell am Strand war. Mich haben auch die morgendlichen Geräusche von den Lieferanten nicht gestört. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Der Preis war fair und der Kontakt und die Abwicklung waren total reibungslos.

Für uns als Rentner ist es die perfekte Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen: wie die Bäckerei, Frischemarkt, Restaurants, Strand und die Promenade. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Wir fühlen uns seit mehreren Jahren hier gut aufgehoben und auch betreut. Daher sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder. Maria

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es ist alles ausreichend vorhanden und im guten Zustand. Leider fehlt im Mikro ein passender Drehteller. Die Badtüre empfiehlt sich aufzulassen, damit kein Schimmel entsteht. Die Lüftung ist dazu nicht ausreichend in der Lage. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, über einen kleinen Supermarkt, was das Einkaufen sehr erleichtert. Wir haben uns dort Pudelwohl gefühlt.

Sehr schön gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Vielen Dank, dass alles so hervorragend funktioniert hat, wie Schlüsselübergabe und Bereitstellen/ Halten der Koffer bis zur Abfahrt. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir mit gutem Gewissen beurteilen, da wir schon viele Jahre dieses Objekt für unseren Borkumurlaub anmieten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Einen besonderen Dank an Herrn Fischer von der Hausverwaltung, der mit Rat und Tat immer freundlich zur Verfügung steht.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist im Herzen Borkums gelegen. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung und die Größe sind TOP. Alles da was man benötigt. Der Balkon ist schön groß! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden diese Wohnung bestimmt nochmal buchen.
