Rustic country house "Paradiso", 950 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 houses in the resort. 8 km from the centre of Fabbriche di Vallico, 45 km from the centre of Lucca, 63 km from the centre of Pisa, in a secluded, elevated position, 73 km from the sea, in the countryside, in the woods. For shared use: property 10'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Terrace, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). 600 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to 20 m from the house (mountain road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 73 km, outdoor swimming pool 20 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m.
"Paradiso I + II", 6-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated, simple and rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, kitchen corner and satellite TV. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (steep stair), 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 2 showers/WC. Heating, gas heating. Patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Great stay

We had a great time at the two houses. A good place to have a quiet time with friends or family. Only unfortunate thing is that the closest supermarket is quite a long ride so planning your groceries is essential.
