Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 4.7 km, pebble beach 12 km. 2nd floor is closed and not occupied.
4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (150 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds, satellite TV and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed, satellite TV and air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Forced-air heating. Deck chairs. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Access to the shower/WC on the ground floor only from the outside.

Sehr schöner großer Garten, Pool sauber, netter Empfang, idyllische Atmosphäre, gutes wlan, freundliche Katzen, Kommunikation unproblematisch, Umgebung sehr ruhig. Toll für Familien, absolut empfehlenswert!

Unglaublich schönes Haus

Besser gehts nicht! Wunderschönes Haus. Der Garten mit Pool einfach der Hammer. Genießen und abschalten :)

Perfekt

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr guter Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit zur Begrüßung gab es Wein und Kekse. Schönes Traditionelles Haus , sehr neu und gepflegte Ausstattung. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig und der nächste Ort fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Perfekt

Das große Cottage ist einfach traumhaft! Die ruhige Lage lässt einem gut erholen. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr heimelig und willkommen gefühlt. Der große Pool war toll! Sehr netter Empfang bei der Unterkunft & gute Kommunikation! Tolle Pizzeria unmittelbar in Sveti Lovrec :-P

Ruhiges Idyllisches Ferienhaus

Ein sehr zu empfehlendes Ferienhaus, das für jedes Alter was zu bieten hat. Zum verweilen einlädt und den Urlaub zum totalen Traum macht. Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich und das Haus und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und mit liebe eingerichteten. Der Garten ist einfach nur ein Traum!

Rundherum gelungener Urlaub

Zum Thema wenn alles perfekt ist. Gibt es etwas das nicht gepasst hat. Es fällt mir nichts ein. Angefangen von sich fühlen wie zuhause und im Garten auch noch Gemüse und Kirschen ernten. Was bleibt ist , da wollen wir noch mal hin. Noch nie haben wir so ein wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Danke

Urlaub im Grünen

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen, sehr gepflegt, mit dem perfekten Garten. Die Kinder (3 und 6 Jahre alt) waren begeistert, immer gab es etwas neues zu entdecken. Da das Grundstück umgrenzt ist, war es kein Problem sie allein los ziehen zu lassen, allerdings sollten die Kinder sich der Gefahr eines Pools bewusst sein, denn dieser ist frei zugänglich. Das Meer und die nächst größeren Städte sind in 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. 10 Minuten zu Fuss ist der Ortskern, mit zwei Läden für Lebensmittel und einem Café, erreicht. Im Haus gab es keine offenen Wünsche, Kaffeemaschinen, Toaster, Grill, Bügeleisen...., alles ist da. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub!

Völlige Freiheit in einem herrlichen Anwesen

Bei herrlichem Wetter durften wir unseren diesjährigen Aufenthalt in Istrien in diesem wunderschön authentischen Haus verbringen.Wir genossen die Freiheiten, die die ringsherum hohen Bäume (Sichtschutz) und Sträucher uns boten.Mal FKK war auch kein Problem, wo hat man das schon? Der Besitzer war jederzeit per Mail oder Telefon zur Stelle, falls wir ein Problem gehabt hätten, war aber alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Das Außengelände war "TOP", die Räume des Hauses waren o.k. für den Preis.

Rustiek vakantiehuis

Schone ruime vakantievilla in binnenland met groot afgesloten terrein. Zwembad en terrein en eettafel is perfect met rondom voldoende schaduw plekken in de tuin. Trap omhoog naar slaap en badkamers als keuken is minder maar overkomelijk. Buitengrill en BBQ is prima. Bad en douche gelegenheden in orde.

Ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub

Dieses Anwesen ist bestens geeignet für große Familien. Im Garten laden mehrere Hängematten und viele Liegestühle zum Verweilen ein. Um das Haus herum befindet sich ein riesiger Garten und die nächsten Nachbarn sind einige hundert Meter entfernt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, abgesehen von einem Hahn der ab und zu kräht. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool, der vom Haus und vom Garten aus gut einsehbar ist. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und diskret.

Wirklich liebe und herzliche B...

Wirklich liebe und herzliche Besitzer. Einfach ein Ort zur vollkommenen Entspannung. Reisetipps: Für Hundebesitzer: Es gibt bei Cervar eine Bucht, wo man selbst, aber auch der Hund gut ins Wasser gelangt. Das Wasser ist dort schön ruhig und glasklar ja sowieso.
