Beautiful, comfortable single-family house "Le Vieux Chêne". In the district of Rigonou 2.5 km from the centre of Camaret-sur-Mer, 9 km from the centre of Crozon, 70 km from the centre of Brest, 1.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: garden 1'500 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Storeroom available. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Trez Rouz" 1.5 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, sailing school 2.5 km.
