Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "di Nelson" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km. Please note: car recommended.

Small, open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed.
