In the district of Arolo 2.3 km from the centre of Leggiuno, in an elevated position on a slope, 150 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the woods. For shared use: natural state property with trees. 800 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Width of access road: 210 cm. Supermarket 9 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station "Sangiano" 2.9 km, shingle beach 3 km, rocky beach 130 m (small), grass beach "Arolo" 1.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: Varese 17 km, Santa Caterina del Sasso 3 km, Angera 15 km. Please note: car recommended. The beach in approx. 130 m distance is a beach with rocks and stones. Access via a natural forest trail, partly steep.

NatĂŒrlicher italienischer Fler

Der Aufenthalt war toll, wir hatten zu 5 Platz ohne Ende. Das Möbelia ist in die Jahre gekommen, die KĂŒche hingegen war voll ausgestattet. Die Terrasse war super aber auch hier, sollten neu Möbel her. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt und hat viel Spaß gemacht.

Urlaub 2023

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (17) eine Woche dort. Positiv Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, wenn man Natur pur will. Die Zimmer waren genauso wie in der Anzeige beschrieben gerĂ€umig und sauber. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig und ausreichend. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Negativ. Am Haus Kein Wlan, Fernseher gab es nur italienische Programme. Umgebung NĂ€chste Einkaufsmöglichkeit 10km entfernt. Keine Freizeitangebote wie Bootsverleih, Fahrradverleih. ect. Wir hatten GlĂŒck mit dem Wetter somit konnten wir jeden Tag am See verbringen.

Schöne Lage mit mit schönem Ausblick

Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Objekt war genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Es gab nur eine Kleinigkeit: die Straße war leider auch in der Nacht zu hören und ein Hund bellte gerne lange in der Nacht. FĂŒr Beides kann man aber nicht die Gastgeberin in die Verantwortung nehmen. Im umgebenden Wald konnte man trotz der WĂ€rme gut spazieren und auch bequem zur nĂ€chsten FĂ€hrstation (ca. 30 Minuten) laufen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Sehr schön.

Super schöne Lage, mitten im grĂŒnen, etwas abseits der Gemeinde Arolo. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die FerienhĂ€user und die große GrĂŒnanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Sehr zu empfehlen fĂŒr einen ruhigen Familienurlaub mitten im grĂŒnen Jungle.

Zou met kleine aanpassingen veel beter kunnen

Foto's zijn misleidend, uitzicht is niet vanaf de woning, rotsstrand op 130 meter is toegang tot water, maar geen zit/ligplaats, terrasmeubilair: enkel kleine plastic stoelen, geen enkele ligzetel, boiler maakt 's nachts regelmatig luid piepgeluid, bedden kraken enorm en zijn absoluut niet stevig: wiebelen als je je nog maar omdraait. Geen info beschikbaar over locatie bakker, supermarkt, boottijden, strand. Een mapje hiervoor kost toch niets en zou praktisch zijn! Douche met vuil plastic zeil.

Abgeschieden und doch nah

Das Haus liegt ruhig oberhalb des Sees in einer Sackgasse und trotzdem zentral, ist man in 10-15min in Laveno mit SupermĂ€rkten und FĂ€hre. Das Haus ist total schön und verwinkelt. Es ist hell und hat viel Platz. Leider muss man etwas Abstriche machen in der Ausstattung. Kochutensilien wie Kochlöffel, Schneebesen, Zange, Toaster, kleine Schalen fehlten. Die Dusche sollte einen neuen Vorhang bekommen, er ist zu lang und zu schmal. Aber es funktioniert alles. FĂŒr den Nebensaisonpreis ok.
