We rented this house for one week. On the positive side, it is well suited for three couples, and the pool is pleasant.Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing because the house is old, poorly maintained, and overpriced for what it offers.From the moment we arrived, there was a very bad smell in all of the bathrooms. The bed sheets had clearly not been ironed, and there were spider webs everywhere, including on the dining chairs in the living room. The kitchen is extremely small, has no dishwasher, and the cupboards smell strongly of mold. We also found a baking tray in the oven covered in dried salt, obviously left dirty by previous guests and never cleaned.The checkout process was equally disappointing. We had some misinderstamdings with the owner regarding the security deposit, and we felt he was not acting in good faith. He deducted money for electricity, but when we questioned what seemed to be an excessive amount, he refused to show us the photos of the electricity meter. Instead, he simply reduced the amount he was asking us to pay, which did not inspire confidence or transparency.Overall, this property is far too expensive for a house that is outdated and lacks proper maintenance, particularly in the bathrooms and the kitchen. We cannot recommend it unless significant improvements are made.
