KLÜND8 Vacation Apartment - Klünderberg, Binz

The "KLÜND8" holiday rental is located in House Isabell I, part of a well-maintained and beautiful residential complex built in the seaside resort architectural style on Klünderberg in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz. The complex consists of several three-story white villas with landscaped gardens between the houses and an underground car park beneath the complex. The residential complex is situated between the Baltic Sea beach and Lake Schmachter, and is in close proximity to the Granitz Forest. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is approximately 400 metres away. Also nearby and within easy walking distance are the beach promenade, the small train station, a bus stop, supermarkets, and restaurants.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers 55 square metres of living space, accommodating 3 people in 2 rooms. It consists of a living room (with a sleeper sofa) and a bedroom (with a double bed and an additional small single bed measuring 170x90 cm). Both the living room and the bedroom have a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is separate and self-contained, featuring a dining table, dishwasher, ceramic-top stove, oven, and refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and a hair dryer. The covered balcony is furnished with patio furniture and a parasol—you’ll enjoy sunshine there from noon into the evening. The apartment has a storage closet (with an ironing board and iron) and is equipped with exterior blinds. Wi-Fi is available.
In the basement, there is a bicycle storage room, a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer for shared use, and a private storage room (No. 8).

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage, No. 39 on the right. (double parking space on the upper level with a maximum height of 1.71 m), which can be used free of charge but is only suitable for standard-sized cars, as the access lane is limited in length. There is a public car park approximately 150 metres away (daily rate approx. 7–8 €). There are also parking spaces (for a fee) right on “Klünderberg” Street

Pets are welcome.
Please note that we charge €10 per night for a pet, as well as a one-time pet cleaning fee of €25.

Please note: A visitor’s tax applies to this property. The Baltic Sea resorts on the Mönchgut Peninsula charge this tax per day (and not per night as is the case elsewhere), which means it is also charged on the day of arrival and departure!
