In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 1.5 km, railway station "Sion" 17.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 700 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 600 m, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 200 m, ice rink 1 km, children's playground 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les 4 Vallées 1.5 km. Hiking paths: Les Bisses 1.4 km.

Exit to the terrace, north facing position and west facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Balcony, north facing position, terrace, north facing position and west facing position, garden, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains.
