Cosy holiday rental for up to 4 people right on the beach—the perfect spot for those seeking relaxation. Includes a free beach chair on Südstrand (during the season).

The apartment is located on Stranddistelweg in Burgtiefe / Südstrand and stands out for its immediate proximity (approx. 50 metres) to the beach. The beautiful, newly built Burgtiefe marina is also directly across the way. The holiday rental is on the ground floor, measures 49 m², and also features a 12 m² terrace (mezzanine level). You can enjoy the view of the sea from both rooms and the terrace.

The entire apartment is in excellent condition. All rooms feature cosy laminate flooring, while the kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The apartment is lovingly decorated in a nautical style. The rooms have a connecting door, but each also has its own door leading to the hallway and bathroom—privacy is guaranteed here!

The apartment is laid out as follows:
The living and sleeping area features a double bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe, a dining set (a high chair is available free of charge!), and a couch. It also features a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a mini stereo system. There are various books and DVDs.
The children’s room has a bunk bed (2x 90x200 cm) and its own wardrobe. So that everyone can watch what they want, there’s also a separate flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player. To keep younger guests entertained, there’s also a play kitchen, board games, books, Legos, colouring books, sand toys, and much more.

The modern built-in kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave, leaves nothing to be desired. Whether it’s a waffle maker, baking pan, or milk frother—nothing is missing here!
The bathroom has been fitted with a new toilet and features a large shower pan. A hair dryer is already provided.
Extras: The apartment comes with its own parking space, located just a few steps from the building’s entrance.

This is a non-smoking apartment! Smoking is only permitted on the terrace with the door closed!

The apartment offers free Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit for holiday guests!
From May 1 through October 3, a beach chair is available to guests free of charge.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the apartment. Apartments where pets are not allowed are not automatically considered suitable for people with allergies.


The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your holiday both relaxing and unforgettable. You’ll also be regularly updated on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff are also always happy to assist you.
You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to consecutive bookings.
　
Note regarding consecutive bookings during peak season:
During the high season, we can only accept direct consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly from the previous one and lead directly to the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the applicable minimum rental period. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.
Additional Fees: Booking fee
For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
