The property was spotless when we arrived and the host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to cook a variety of meals very easily. Access to the beach was super convenient and the back porch was great for morning coffees or an afternoon glass of wine. We loved this place and hope to plan another trip back.

We loved being right off the beach and the quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed the backyard where the kids could play safely and play in the hose to clean off all the sand. Host was very helpful. Was easy to park 2 cars and when my son came to visit during the day we fit a third car on the driveway.

5-stars across the board. Great hosts, great location, wonderful home. Home was spotless and had everything needed for our long weekend - chairs for the beach, towels, etc. You can’t get any closer to the beach!We would return without hesitation.

The host is excellent with communication - prompt and helpful. The property is beachfront but there is NO ocean view. The property is the bottom of a home. The residents above were quiet and considerate. Lighting is needed exteriorly and interiorly. The place is clean, but run down. There’s no indoor kitchen or dining table - only a bar with uncomfortable stools. There is an exterior table but it was generally unusable due to heat or rain. So it’s not a good setup for meals. The mattresses are in decent condition. The a/c works well. The location is excellent for shopping and dining options.

Regarding the lighting, I recall that a lightbulb went out during your stay and was replaced promptly. We always do our best to address any issues as quickly as possible. As for the dining table, many of our guests enjoy dining outdoors, and we’re sorry the weather wasn’t ideal for making the most of that space during your visit. The unit is an oceanfront unit and the downstairs of our beach house. The large lawn and outdoor patio, with dining table and seating area belongs to the unit entirely and exclusively. A few steps over the lawn and you’re walking over a small dune onto the beach! Our home is an older beach house, as noted in the property description. We continually refresh and update furnishings, beds, lamps, and seating while also making an effort to preserve the relaxed charm and authentic atmosphere of a traditional beach vacation home. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and taking the time to share your thoughts. Guest feedback is important to us, and we hope you were still able to enjoy some relaxing time at the beach!

Great beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is right on the beach and couldn’t possibly be more convenient. It also has a great outdoor seating area…Our host was very nice and responds quickly to any questions you may have. I be would recommend to anyone!!
