Villa Santa Lucia, Waterfont with southfacing Pooldeck

The Villa Santa Lucia is in a good American neighborhood, in a beautiful south-facing location, with a wonderful view of the wide open water. The Villa is furnished in a noble and modern way. Everything is available for a relaxed and rejuvenating vacation, and sufficient bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment and of course, the most necessary for the beach, such as beach chairs and beach towels. Already overwhelmed by entering this dream villa, the fantastic view through the large sliding glass doors to the pool, the pool deck and the water will remain an unforgettable impression for you. In the middle part of the home is the kitchen, the living area as well as a small office area and the dining room. On the right side of the home you will find the master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. To the left are the two guest rooms, each with its own bathroom. The bathroom, which is oriented towards the pool, can be reached from the pool deck, so nobody has to walk around the house from the outside area when they have to use a bathroom. In addition, all floors are wood laminated. The generous south-facing pool area is nicely furnished. Sufficient sunbathing, a table and six comfortable chairs for the evening are just as much a part of the atmosphere as a grill where you can prepare the best steaks of your life. At your arrival, you will find a starter kit with a small bar of soap, dishwashing liquid, one kitchen roll and one toilet paper in each bathroom. Disinfectant is also available.
Our rental prices apply to up to 4 people, each additional person is charged the stated fee.
We also charge electricity costs based on consumption at $0.16 per kw/h + tax
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time
For insurance reasons, we do not rent boats, kayaks or bicycles. There are numerous rental options in Cape Coral. Our on-site team will be happy to help.
