Villa Mare is a beautiful 3 bedroom, two and a half beachfront villa located in February Point's gated community.

The community offers two tennis courts, a Beach club with an inifinity pool and a spa.

Villa Mare is equipped with a refrigerator,microwave, a dishwasher, and a dining area seating for six. There are also 3 countertop stools. A separate laundry room contains a stackable washer/dryer and utility sink.

There are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds with oceanviews and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds.

This Villa was recently renovated in November 2019 and we are always working to provide you with a breathtaking experience.

Beautiful home in gated February Point. Very clean and perfect location. This is our second stay in this property and we would stay here again. Water taxi, grocery store, liquor store and straw market all 5 min away by car. 15 min walk. Excellent restaurant in the neighborhood (Rusty Anchor). No complaints at all.

The house is a little outdated but clean and functional. Having the pool right next to us was also a plus. The beach is nice but somewhat rocky, suggest bringing water shoes. The view is very pretty. Overall, location to Georgetown was what we liked most about the house.

This house was amazing. The views were out of this world. The house had everything you needed. We stayed as a family of five with three children. It’s central location to everything on the island and only a few minute drive from town we rented a boat and would pull up with the boat on the beach there I can’t wait to come back.

The house is beautiful and located in a gated community. It was perfect for our family of six adults. Gorgeous views from all over the house! There is a neighborhood pool right next-door, but very few people use it due to the fact that many in the neighborhood have their own pool or use the one at the clubhouse.This was a concern to us initially. (there is a large hedge that blocks the people using the pool from staring right at us) We got to know several of the other neighbors that were renting. We spent a lot of time in the water directly in front of the house. There are several Floaties left there to use. The only negatives that we found, the water pressure is very low, and there is no garbage disposal. I’m sure the water pressure is due to being on an island. I would definitely recommend this rental property.

First time to Exuma

We had an incredible time in Exuma for Spring break. We’ve never stayed so close to the water before. Loved the convenience of the Beach Club (loved the Rusty Anchor) as well as the next door Infiniti pool.

Villa Mare was such a beautiful home in one of the prettiest areas on Exuma! The rental was very clean and cozy and had an amazing view. We will definitely go again and recommend it to anyone.

Overall stay was good/great for our family of 4. Views are exceptional; access to Feb Point Beach Club, restaurant (Rusty Anchor) and marina were nice. Community pool immediately next door to villa as well at the beach club were great.Exuma is beautiful and property’s proximity to various nearby restaurants and Georgetown markets definitely nice.Property host was initially responsive during booking process then communication was more delayed until after our arrival. A recommendation for grocery shopping was provided, which we utilized/happy with the service (villa was stocked with requested items; service company’s name: The Closet Cleaners). Negatives: villa exterior has somewhat recently been re-painted but exterior amenities (patio furniture, lounge chairs) are showing substantial wear and the interior has some cosmetic nuisances that should be addressed for the price guests are paying. TV in the living area is too small for the space; master BR TV exists but has no service. Basic kitchen utensils/cookware are present but sparse. A private chef was hired to cook dinner one night, and a breaker was tripped during preparation/cleanup…somehow impacted both the WiFi router as well as water pressure. Luckily, a neighbor unit was occupied with WiFi function to try to contact host…but response time was delayed, so a visit was made to entrance security booth who successfully contacted host. Water restored 2hr; WiFi next day. Would re-visit but might choose alternate unit.

Absolutely PERFECT!!

Location was in a beautiful, gated community. House was very clean and stocked will all the amenities that were needed! Kayaks were a huge bonus. The views were everything!! We feel like we had the best location on the island! Rate a 10/10!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, great for families. We stayed with a 7&5 year old. Pool was perfect for them, swam in the sea outside the house. Rooms all big and the kitchen was big. Perfect stay Staff were great at February Point as well. Would stay again

Bliss on the Cove

We had an awesome time at this house. There’s a small beach right out front for morning/evening swims! Sea turtles greeted us every morning and the Kayaks were fun. Pool and restaurant at the Rusty Anchor are GREAT! I wouldn’t recommend walking to town and you definitely need a car to get around the cool beaches and water sports spots around the island!

Excellent Location and Beautiful Home

We loved out stay at Villa Mare. We felt very safe with the gated entrance and the staff was so friendly. The home was full equipped with everything we needed. The AC was ice cold and we loved the use of the grill. This home is centrally located near everything. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful views

This house was great for us. We were pleased by the updated and larger showers compared to some of the other properties. We liked the amount of seating in the living room compared to other properties. Being right next to the pool is very nice. The property had lots of floats if you wanted to do that. There weren't many dish options in the kitchen but that's an easy fix. I would absolutely stay here again. Manager was great.

We had a fantastic week over Christmas 2023. The house is spectacular and perfect for a family of 5. Private beach and a great location. This house is very clean and has tons of toys, like kayaks. I highly recommend this house.

Great location on the water

The house is on a calm and quiet harbor, next to a community swimming pool. A short walk away is a much larger swimming pool, still inside February Point, on a different stretch of beach, next to a nice restaurant. It only takes a few minutes to drive into Georgetown. All in all, it was a great location and stay. The host was also very helpful when we needed to stay an extra night because of a canceled flight. we would recommend, however, window coverings on the bathroom windows.

A month in paradise

Villa Mare was perfect for our month of winter vacation in Exuma. The location was perfect & the view absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and operational. Sasha was quick to respond prior to our stay as well as once on island. February Point is a great neighborhood with amenities & friendly people.

Tranquil house

This villa is located in upscale community near George Town. We enjoyed the pools and the restaurant on the property. House was very comfortable and updated. There were snorkeling gear and kayaks for out use. The big plus was the water cooler provided by the owner, we didn’t need to worry about buying drink water. We will definitely like to come back to this villa.

Great stay in February point

My teenage son and I spent 5 nights and it wasn't long enough! The villa has everything we needed and the view cNt be beat. The turquoise water outside our door was heavenly. I will be back. Sasha made sure we had what we needed but she wasn't intrusive. It was an ideal vacation.
