A small but charming holiday apartment is available for rent in the basement of our single-family home, with a separate entrance. (Thanks to a key safe, check-in and check-out are possible even at inconvenient times, by prior arrangement.)

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a hallway, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher for your exclusive use. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
In addition, there is a fitness room, which can be used free of charge by prior arrangement. There is also a sauna, which can be used for an additional fee upon request.
The holiday rental is located in 15366 Neuenhagen near Berlin. It sleeps a total of 4–5 people, though it may get a bit cramped with 5 guests. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire apartment.

Smoking is, of course, permitted on the property, but please do not smoke inside the apartment.

You can park easily right in front of the property; otherwise, a parking space is also available on the property. Motorcyclists can, of course, park their bikes on the property behind the garden gate. In case of bad weather, the bikes can also be parked in the dry under the carport at the back of the property by prior arrangement. If necessary, a spot in the motorcycle garage might also be available. The parking area for cars, as well as the entrance to the house and the holiday rental, is under video surveillance. Of course, there is NO additional video surveillance inside the apartment.

By prior arrangement, you may use our covered outdoor kitchen, which includes a grill, stove, and oven. There is also a fire pit on the property, which may be used by prior arrangement.

Pets are allowed upon request!!!

Ideally, you should not have any pet dander allergies. We have two lovely dogs that are allowed to roam freely on the property. We also have two young cats that are allowed outside. There are also chickens on our property, which can sometimes be spotted from the living room window... You’re welcome to pet all the animals :-)
(PLEASE do not let our dogs and cats into the holiday rental...)
We also ask guests to always make sure the garden gate is closed so that none of the dogs go for a walk on their own. Leashes are required in Neuenhagen, but these two often forget their leashes... :-)
