Fully fenced house suitable for small dogs, with private green space and exclusive parking, just 4 km from the center of Aosta. Only 5 minutes from the cable car to Pila ski lifts and the largest shopping area with all services. Ideal location for exploring the Aosta Valley. A free children's playground is just 200 meters away. Please note: due to the temporary closure of a tunnel for maintenance (expected until June 2027), the nearby road may experience heavier traffic than usual.
