I chose this neighborhood because it combines tranquility, nature, and authenticity. The area is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful landscapes, yet close enough to the coast, charming villages, and local markets. I enjoy the calm atmosphere, the light, and the feeling of space — it’s a place where you can slow down, breathe, and truly arrive. At the same time, there are wonderful cafés, beaches, and cultural spots nearby, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and vibrant local life.

What makes my property unique is its calm, thoughtful design inspired by the Japanese wabi-sabi philosophy — the beauty of natural materials, simplicity, and quiet imperfection. It’s not just a place to stay, but a space created with intention, craftsmanship, and soul. The house offers privacy, beautiful light, and inspiring surroundings, along with breathtaking views stretching across the Mediterranean — on clear days all the way to Ibiza. Mornings are especially special, with unforgettable sunrises that fill the house with soft, golden light. Guests often say it feels grounding, warm, and deeply relaxing — a place where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel truly at home.
