***** Beautiful, Relaxing, Adventurous - many recreational/relaxing options - A very UNIQUE experience
Overall, the experience was just what we were looking for... amazing. We were able to enjoy an incredible amount of relaxation around the cozy cabin, active/cool/soothing stream, quiet forest, long/well-groomed strolling paths, and lush orchards/fields. The fish ponds, horses and deer were great bonuses and enhanced the ambiance. The Canadian geese also visited the fields during our stay
The fireplace and firepit allowed for great times storytelling/singing at night.
We were not required to suffer steep mountain-sides while driving to the property or walking on the property. At the same time, we were given miles and miles of room for adventure.

Heaven on Earth, REALLY!!*****
I could write a journal on how special this place is but I will shorten it to say it beat my wildest dreams and expectations. The place was so clean, so nice, quiet, and literally a garden of beauty. There was so much to do and see there were days that we never left the property. This place will be one of my favorite destinations I have ever been in my 44 years, and I have been blessed to travel the world. I would describe this place as a home of comfort, peace, and spiritual oasis. Trails, creeks, water, organic berries, organic apples, stocked ponds, horses. Go! Book now! Micheal L. Atlanta

My family and I stayed for a week during the summer of 2015. To describe this property as surreal is an understatement. If your looking for tranquility then this is your destination. Most days we elected to stay on the property and roam engaging in activities such as fishing, hiking, exploring, playing with the horses, swimming, and floating in the river. While the location is remote we were not that far from anything we needed. We went to the grocery store and stayed in during the week. The owners were very gracious and even told us how to find waterfalls in the area. Would not hesitate to return in a moment. Darin A.
Cozy, beautiful rental on an awesome property *****
On a cold, but beautiful and clear February weekend, our family of four plus two dogs had the pleasure of staying at this rental. The home was extraordinarily clean, and well decorated, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the amenities. The fireplace was wonderful to have and we certainly took advantage of it. If the rental was simply a river cabin, on its own, it would have been more than enough to leave us relaxed and refreshed. But the house is only the beginning, because the land that it sits upon and is surrounded by, is simply put, majestic, peaceful and welcoming. We also loved that we could bring our two dogs, and they had plenty of room to roam. The rental is easy to find, fairly accessible, and altogether, a great place to spend a long weekend! The fact that we had the whole property to explore was marvelous, and if you're looking for an escape without truly "roughing it," please do yourself a favor and inquire about this rental. We did, and we're so very happy we did. If it reads as though I'm gushing, it's only a reflection of the fact that I wish I was back there right now!

Definitely beautiful and peaceful!
We made the last minute decision to celebrate the New Year in the mountains, and we have found our new favorite place to stay! The reviews and pictures are spot on, and the owner is a delight to work with.
We love this area and visit several times a year. We have stayed at several very nice cabins, but this home and property surpass them all. The outside deck offers an amazing view of the valley, stream, orchards and ponds. We spotted deer several times. The Cracker Barrel sized fireplace kept us warm and cozy each night. We explored most of the property and hiked quite a lot. Fiona, the resident horse, was a real treat. In fact, she came right up to the truck and put her head through the window! We did not get a chance to hike to the waterfall, but there will be a "next time" for sure.
As this area is a favorite to ride our motorcycles, we look forward to coming back with friends that we ride with. We were very happy to see that the gravel road is easily manageable for our large cruisers. Rita H.
Thanksgiving Break
This was an awesome experience for our family! We have stayed at several cabins throughout the years and found this property to be stunning and would move here if I could. We will definitely be back. The fireplace was a great way to settle in for the evenings. We had young children with us and they were well entertained by exploring the creeks, fields, trees and bridges. This rental allowed us to bring our dog which was one of the best parts. The owner of the house was available to assist with anything we needed. The owners of the main house on the property stopped by and even invited us over for Thanksgiving festivities. Definitely recommend! Julie S. Marietta Ga
