This house is a relaxing retreat for up to four adults—ideal for spending time together in a peaceful setting, close to the Schlei. The atmosphere is crisp, cosy, and strictly smoke-free. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The combined living and dining area forms the heart of the house. Here, guests can eat together, read, or unwind at the end of the day on the sofa and armchairs. Large windows provide plenty of light and create a pleasant sense of space.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals: a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

Two sleeping areas for restful nights.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2× 90×200 cm), an open footboard, a closet, and blackout curtains.
The second bedroom is located on an open loft and also features a double bed (2× 90×200 cm), a closet, and blackout curtains—ideal for adults or older children.

Comfortable bathroom.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, two sinks, a toilet, a full-length mirror, a mirror, a hair dryer, and a window. Underfloor heating provides additional comfort here.

Relax outdoors.

The communal garden, with its pond, lawn, and sun loungers, invites you to linger—whether to read, sunbathe, or simply unwind. The Schleis beach is just 250 metres away.

Entertainment & Amenities.

Cable TV, radio, and Wi-Fi are available. A coat closet, privacy screens on all windows, and a high chair for children round out the amenities.

Due to the small size of the town, parking in Arnis is reserved for residents. You may stop directly in front of the house for loading and unloading. A public, paid car park is located at the entrance to the town. A shelter is available for bicycles you bring with you.
