We absolutely loved our time at this historic condo! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from great restaurants, live music, and all the charm the French Quarter has to offer. The building itself has that classic New Orleans character, but the unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and made check-in a breeze. It felt like we were part of the city, not just visiting. Would definitely stay here again!
This was an incredible stay and location, away from the hustle and bustle, but with several bars, coffee shops and restaurants less than a block away and it’s just a 10 to 15 min walk to the heart of Bourbon Street. There is a supermarket close by (5 min walk) and a CVS both open to 11pm. I am so glad we picked this location, the property is charming and was perfect for our 3-day getaway. It’s huge, the living areas are well appointed and very tastefully thought out. My wife and I will stay here again on my next trip!
This was our 2nd long weekend stay here. I'm passionate about historic preservation and this condo is spectacular. Plus the location is great - short walk or street car ride to anywhere you want to go. There are several yummy restaurants a short walk away (seafood, Mexican, pizza, breakfast...).
All was amazing and well thought out in this rental. Bed was super comfy, all the kitchen items we could need and just a beautiful place to spend our time in New Orleans.
Beautiful and comfortable in an excellent location
The apartment was gorgeous, spacious a very comfortable place to enjoy our long weekend. It was the perfect location for what we had planned and we were very happy to come home to it between adventures.
This rental is exactly as advertised. Great location, historic building in a very central location with easy access to most of the desired New Orleans hot spots. Very easy check in process and the owner was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend this rental.
Check in was simple, and Laura was super helpful. The condo was clean and beautiful. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. 100% would stay here again!
Stayed there for a few days during JazzFest. Great neighborhood, quite and safe plus near Rouses grocery store. Manager was super helpful. Neighbors in the building were nice too!
We really enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. She was an excellent host with great communication and response time. The condo layout, size, and location was perfect for us. Will be back in the future and recommend to others!
Great for couples' getaway weekend in a historic property
This apartment with high ceilings, spacious rooms (the bathroom with a tub and two sinks is AMAZING!!) historic details, and a small balcony was the perfect getaway. My boyfriend and I felt safe walking pretty much everywhere or hoping on the convenient street car. We loved the apartment so much that we decided to stay in one night and cooked dinner & watched TV. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
We stayed here for a work conference, and the condo was perfectly located for the conference, and just a short walk to all of the fun that New Orleans has to offer. Beautiful, spacious, clean and welcoming space. Thank you for a wonderful week away!
We were here over NYE so it was kind of nice to have a place that was far enough from the quarter to be nice and quiet, but it’s still very close the quarter and the garden district. We used the trolly a couple of times but we were so close to everything, it was typically faster to simply walk. Loved the location and would look for it again next time we’re in town.
This apartment is BEAUTIFUL, immaculate, comfortable, close to the grocery store and street car, and best of all on a quiet tucked-away street. The balcony out front is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The apartment is stocked with everything you need, and the owner is responsive and attentive. The property is so warm and inviting, I did not want to leave. I will definitely stay again.
An historic and beautiful base for exploring the city
My wife and I spent several nights in this spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the Central Business District. It was very clean and well-maintained, although you need to navigate some narrow, steep stairs to access it. We were just a short distance from many incredible restaurants as well as the St. Charles streetcar line. Laura was an incredibly responsive and accommodating host. All in all, this was a great place for us to stay while we roamed the city!
If you’re looking at this property, don’t even hesitate! We travel a lot and we stay in pretty swanky places, but this place is so unique and so fabulous, especially if you’re just a couple, it gives you all the room that you’ll ever need! It’s close to everything, it’s extremely well equipped, Laura is amazing! Like I said, if you’re looking at this listing, just take it if it’s available. Loved it!

Elegant apartment in great location
This apartment is fantastic! We just left today and wish we were still there. It is beautifully furnished and huge. In nice weather, the long balcony would be perfect. There are fireplaces (not working but beautiful) in every room and the most comfortable bed and furniture. Location is a few easy blocks to the French Quarter and right in the middle of an area with the best restaurants. The apartment is spotless and the nice touches are welcoming. Laura was wonderful as she provided detailed instructions for entering the building and a list of favorite restaurants. We will absolutely rent this apartment again if we return to the wonderful city of NOLA!
Great location close to trolley lines and restaurants and easy walk to the French Quarter. Our host responded quickly to any problem. Space was decorated beautifully and equipped with everything we needed. If you are parking a car make sure to read all of the instructions before arrival. The host sent us everything we needed and we didn't read until we were parked on the street trying to determine how to navigate. It was all in our wonderfully detailed emails so we got in no problem but could have saved ourselves the stress!
