Gordola lies about 6 km from Locarno on the sunny hillside. The single family house built in 1977 was partially renovated / refurnished in 2020. It is located on a sunny hillside above the village in the countryside. Surrounded by vineyards, it offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Magadino plain, a little further away the lake and the surrounding mountain range. Next to the house entrance there is the covered seating area with garden furniture and another open granite stone terrace. Slightly offset there is the typical pergola with granite table and outdoor barbecue. Small south-facing balcony. Driveway until house, 2 open parking spaces. Bus stop, shops about 2,5 km. Lake about 5 km. Bed and kitchen linen available. Washing machine for private use. Pets permitted.

Rustic furniture. Groundfloor: living/dining room with dining table, armchair, sofa, fireplace, Swisscom-TV, wireless Internet. Exit to the open terrace and the covered seating area. Open, laterally offset kitchen with cooking combination with e-stove, fridge, dishwasher. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bedroom with sofa bed for 2 persons, bunk bed and exit to small balcony. 1 bathroom with tub/toilet/sink.
