Ich habe als Alleinreisende ein paar herrliche Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht und mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus in Zentrum von Ascona, ist stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Feriengast braucht. Der grandiose Blick von der Terrasse auf den See und die Piazza von Ascona hat bei mir sofort Ferienstimmung aufkommen lassen. Dank der zentralen Lage war ich mittendrin im Geschehen und ich konnte alles zu Fuss machen. Für Ausflüge in die Täler (Wanderungen) konnte ich den öV benutzen, Haltestelle ist nicht weit weg. Das Auto konnte ich derweil sicher in der Tiefgarage im Haus parkiert lassen. Bei Fragen haben mich die Vermieterin wie auch der Eigentümer schnell und unkompliziert unterstützt - Top-Service!

Wir (Ehepaar, 72-jährig, Schweizer) waren begeistert von dieser Wohnung, der attraktiven Lage in nächster Nähe zur Piazza, kein Durchgangsverkehr, vom Balkon genossen wir den direktem Blick auf den See. Die Restaurants, den Coop, das Lido, die Altstadt von Ascona, alles konnten wir gut zu Fuss erreichen. Das Badzimmer ist grosszügig und die separate Küche ist für 2 Personen ideal. Die Wohnung ist neu gestrichen. Es hat uns einfach sehr gefallen und wir kommen wieder.
