Florence condo is an excellent location for exploring SPI!!This was our second time in the same unit. Can’t beat the view from the balcony. We love coming in late September or early October. The crowds are gone. We plan on making this an annual trip and will definitely look into the Condo Ladies for booking again.Side note: only gave 3 stars for communication because I guess VRBO goes through email for messaging and I never check my email, would rather text messages for sure but not a huge deal.

We were very happy with the location of this property. The view is exactly as pictured! Proximity and ease of access to the beach were the biggest highlights for us. The condo itself was clean and accommodating with some extras such as beach chairs and umbrellas. There were 4 in our group and enough space for us to sleep comfortably. We would definitely visit this property again and have even passed along the listing to my mother who is planning a trip.

A beautiful condo and perfect for our needs. The view and beach access was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The only con to our stay was the water pressure in the beautiful shower was a little more than a trickle but otherwise everything was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

The location of this condo is great!! Right on the beach!! Exactly what we were looking for. Restaurants were close ( we did have our car). I would recommend this condo.

The condo was nice. It had everything that we needed for our stay. We brought our dog with us and she was great. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We loved listening to the ocean. It is also within walking distance of a souvenir shop and restaurants. We definitely enjoyed our time there and will most likely go back multiple times. We had a little trouble with the internet. We contacted the host and the problem was solved within an hour. Great service

The condo is exactly as described. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while traveling. Having the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc supplied was quite helpful since we flew in. The beach view was perfect. I would have preferred taller chairs on the balcony. The balcony railing blocks the view. If you really enjoy the pool on your beach trip, this is not the place for you. The pool is very small. I come for the beach so the pool did not distract from my stay. The entire property is clean and well maintained. The host was easily contacted and provided everything we needed. I definitely would stay here again!

Perfect location, beach supplies included ie towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. Comfy bed and furniture. Since it’s pet friendly, was concerned about pets smells….there was none. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had an amazing time. We traveled with a 10 and 8 year old and it was plenty of space. It is a very modern style condo with an amazing beach vibe throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with the supplies you need . The condo was spotless. I mean SPOTLESS! The bed is very comfortable and the linen smelled amazing . The views are absolutely amazing. It is a quiet property , and felt very safe. The parking was easy and access to the beach is literally footsteps away. The beach items they supplied were an added bonus making our trip awesome. We are already planning our next trip!

Love staying on this property, the views from balcony were beautiful! Conveniently located, just steps away from the beach. Parking was easy and not a pain like other places we’ve stayed at.
