Very beautiful, cosy, very comfortable resort "Cortijo del Mar", built in 2011, surrounded by trees. 5 km from the centre of San Pedro de Alcantara, 14 km from the centre of Estepona, outside the resort, 16 km from the centre of Marbella, in the district El Paraiso, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 1.6 km from the sea, 2.6 km from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool kidney-shaped (43 x 23 m, depth 100 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 11:00-18:00 and 11:00-20:00). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "El Pilar" 800 m, sandy beach "Playa Salduna" 2.6 km. Sports harbour 9 km, marina 9 km, golf course (18 hole) 2.4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: guarded residence. Additional accommodations can be booked.
