Large single-family house "Martin", 2 storeys. In a quiet position in the residential district, traffic calmed area, 14 km from the sea, 14 km from the beach. Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 3 cars). Grocery, restaurant 350 m, bakery 500 m, café 400 m, bus stop "Chateauneuf centre" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 7 km, thermal baths "Les Thermes marins" 14 km. Nearby attractions: Intra-muros 13 km, Dinard 16 km, Saint Suliac 4 km, Cancale 16 km, Aquarium de Saint-Malo 9 km, Le Mont Saint-Michel 41 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint Malo, 13 km.
