Das Wohnzimmer ist toll eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer weist einige Mängel auf. Im Fußboden sind Risse und scharfkantig stellen, welche barfuß unangenehm sind. Das Waschbecken hat einen großen Riss. Ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon ist ebenso defekt( Schraube zur Verbindung Armlehne und Rückenlehne).

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung so gerade OK, aber für den Preis kann man mehr erwarten. Der Blick auf das Meer war sehr gut. Das Bett war OK.Negativ war das Bad, dies ist sehr schadhaft und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die sogenannte Küche war eher eine Mini-Kochzeile, die auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Platz reicht so eben für Kaffeemaschine und Toaster, dann ist alles voll.

Guten Tag ! Hatten schöne Tage auf Fehmarn, leider mit Abstrichen bei der Wohnung ! Badezimmer:

Guten Tag ! Hatten schöne Tage auf Fehmarn, leider mit Abstrichen bei der Wohnung ! Badezimmer: Schlechter Allgemeinzustand, kein Duschvorhang, nur 1 Zahnputzbecher, deutlicher Riss in dem Waschbecken, Klobrille lose, Heizung lose an der Wand, und vor Allem die ganzen Fugen der Fliesen waren dreckig, Bodenfliesen lose ! Küche: minimale Ausstattung Wohnzimmer: minimale Ausstattung, kein Radio, keine Informationen über Touristische Veranstaltungen Balkon: Bewuchs von Grünzeug, Spinnennetze an den Wänden, ein Stuhl defekt. Briefkasten: Schloss defekt Fahrstuhl: wohl schon seit längerer Zeit nicht benutzbar, kein Hinweis darauf,. dass sich der Zustand kurzfristig ändert.
