Very nice stay. Very clean. A few minor things the owner could not know about if I didn’t tell them. Prompt attention from the owners. Would recommend to anyone. Had one major issue and the owners were prompt and efficient. Not anything they did just a freak issue that came up. Definitely stay here the place will not disappoint

Great stay near Bethany Beach

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The property is great and was conducive to us bringing our two dogs and we were able to take them for nice walks throughout the neighborhood. Restaurants and stores are also within a short distance. I would definitely stay here again

There were dirty dishes in the cabinet, personal articles from previous guests underneath the bed, dishes in the dishwasher from previous guests, used coffee pod in the coffee maker. Host was extremely rude and confronting when there was a misunderstanding with payment. It made our family feel unsafe staying there.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Nice quiet neighborhood but still close to the beach. We were happy to have access to the hot tub and pool especially since it rained for a large portion of our trip. There are also a pickleball and tennis courts, and we were able to launch our paddle boards from about a two minute drive from the condo.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Pam’s condo. It was the perfect accommodation for our holiday weekend. Everything was seamless and easy. The community is beautiful with great amenities. They thought of everything, we never had a question for how to settle in as if we were in our own home. Would absolutely come back!

We purchased our first unit in Bethany Bay in 2005 and began renting it in 2013. It was so successful we purchased this unit in 2014 so we can always rent one and stay in one, we love it so much!

What makes this property unique

Walk right out the front door and you are almost to the pool and right across from the golf course. Master bedroom and bath with king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 double and 1 twin bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Perfect for a family of 6 and welcoming to your dog as well. Just purchased in 2014 and all freshly painted with the colors of the sand and sea. Features new flooring and many updates. Well equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook your own meals or many great restaurants nearby.
