Thanks to heating, privacy screens on all windows, and well-thought-out amenities, the apartment is ideal for quiet days at the beach, sports activities, and relaxing getaways for two. Children are welcome; youth groups are not permitted.

The living area is designed as a cozy living room with a sofa corner and flows seamlessly into the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, and a Nespresso espresso machine. Kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are all provided. A dining table with a separate dining area completes the living space. For entertainment and connectivity, Wi-Fi/Internet and a TV with a digital connection are available. A coat closet is also provided.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, mirror, and hot water. A shower in the form of a shower pan is available. A hair dryer is also provided.

Outside, guests can enjoy the garden; a beach chair is also provided. Two private parking spaces are available for guests arriving by car, though a vehicle is only recommended. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. Smoke detectors provide additional safety.
