We don't want to work so hard making a living that we forget to live! Enjoying time with friends and loved ones is a priceless gift. Too often vocations and busy schedules consume most of our days. We believe that regular getaways with friends and family are a great way to create space for connecting, relaxing, adventuring and making lifelong memories. Our tropical themed condos are favorite getaway destinations for us to create these memories and we invite you to make them yours as well!

Relax on the lanai and take in the partial ocean view. Savor a good conversation over a home cooked meal or a night on the town. It’s just a 3 minute walk to one of Maui's best swimming beaches and the sunsets are stunning! Our condos are nestled in the Maui Vista and Maui Banyan complexes with warm trade winds, tropical flowers, singing birds, plumeria trees, palms, shared tennis courts and pools, and shopping and dining are within walking distance. Please note that the HOA has outdoor security cameras mounted and pointed at the shared pools on property.

Our hospitality assistants will prepare the condo for your arrival, give you a personalized numeric door code (avoiding the hassle of keys) and they are available 24/7 should you need assistance. We look forward to accommodating you.

Beautiful condo in Kihei

The property was as expected. The unit is well stocked and has plenty of beach items (chairs, boogie boards, sand pails etc). All of the information we needed for our stay was provided easily by the host. More than enough room and space for two couples. Was a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Great location and family friendly

This is our second time staying at the Maui Banyan. The location is great! It’s across the street from the beach and walkable to several restaurants. The pool on the property is great for young kids. The unit itself had a well appointed kitchen, 4 beach chairs, and a pack and play for our baby to sleep in. We would definitely stay here again!

Great value and a good location

We stayed as two couples and all of us were very satisfied with this property. The location is between Kama'ole II and Kama'ole III Beach Parks so it was minutes to walk to either one. The condo is well equipped and the beds were comfy. Thank you Cherie - we enjoyed our visit.

Nice Condo

Condo is little dated but clean inside, faces parkade but view of the sea from the Lanai. Maui Banyan has nice pools, BBqs, and hot tubs x 2. Location is great a short walk across street to 2 incredible beaches Kamaole 2 and 3. Condo management was quick to respond (out toaster didn't work) and a new one was provided quickly.

This is our third time staying here. We really enjoy it.

This condo meets our needs and it’s very comfortable for two couples. It is a great location in the G building of the Maui Banyan. It has everything we need for our stay in Maui including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkelling equipment and beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked although most of the knives in the knife block are dull and should be replaced. Convienient location for the beach where we saw turtles daily. The restaurants, Fred’s and Coconut Fish Cafe are both a short walk away with great food. Thank you so much for our wonderful holiday once again. We look forward to returning again. Mahalo! Thanks again Cherie for a wonderful stay.

College Dorm flashback

Huge Condo/Apartment style buildings. Parking is a little battle during busy dates. First come first serve style. Variable experience. Tile work done above us for 2 days 8+ hours each day. Impossible to be in the condo while it was being done and enjoy yourself. Little things like that take away from experience but if your luck is better than mine, it is a good experience otherwise.

Amazing place to stay!

First off, Cherie is absolutely wonderful!! She is excellent to communicate with. Right before my trip I had all the information I needed to access the property, which started my visit on such a positive and relaxing note. The location of the condo is perfect. You will be right across the street from two of the most beautiful beaches on Maui You will also be far - enough away from the road which I enjoy so you don't near any road traffic. The condo itself outstanding! The layout of this two bed two bath place is incredibly set up. Both bedroom and bathrooms are across from each other with the kitchen and living room in between. If you're traveling with a large family or another couple this gives everyone a little more privacy. The local property manager also does an amazing job communicating with guests. The check on you fu ensure the process of accessing the condo went smoothly and are very friendly. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Kihei to stay here. Quick side note there's store you can pick up little things you may have forgotten and a cinnamon bun/ coffee shop a quick walk away.

Convenient, quiet location with friendly staff and beautiful grounds

The Good Excellent location across from Kam II, and in close walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, and other local beaches. Unit was clean. Great double master bedroom layout. Wall A/C units in both bedrooms and living room. Ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom. Well stocked kitchen with lots of appliances, utensils and dishware. Good people watching from the lanai. Keyless door lock was convenient. Two pools and spas with lots of chairs and bbq's for guests. Snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach towels and cooler were nice. Nice to have Netflix and Amazon Prime on the TV, DVD player. The Drawbacks Little bug invaders everywhere! Be sure to seal and store any opened foods. Automatic ice maker was not hooked up. Would be nice to have ice ready on vacation Something weird is going on with the electrical. The power outlets in the bedroom with pocket doors would only provide power from the top outlets/receptacles (bottom one's were dead). We had to go out and buy a power device to be able to charge all devices and turn bedside lights on. Pocket doors on the 2nd bedroom don't provide much/any sound proofing, or much privacy. Master bedroom A/C unit was problematic, and there was no ceiling fan in that room, or in the living room. Couch and bed pillows are extremely worn and overdue to be updated. 2 in 1 shampoo provided is low quality. Plan to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Elevator was painfully slow. Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs or long waits. Had to call front desk to get the pool code (not sure if we missed that somehow in the instructions). Could only see the water from the lanai if standing.

Great vacation at a great condo!We love Kihei and Maui Banyan is right in the center of it all.The condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. —There is a full kitchen, rolling cooler, 4 beach chairs, a wake board, snorkel gear, and two beach umbrellas. —The AC worked great to keep us cool at night…and there was always plenty of hot water for all 6 of us!—The washer and dryer came in handy so we didn’t have to pack as much.The owners and management were great about communicating and making sure we knew everything going on and had everything we needed while we were there.They were SUPER accommodating and helpful!We will definitely look to stay here again hopefully for our 3rd trip to Maui!

GREAT stay!

Our family of 4 had the privilege of staying here for 10 days. It’s a beautiful location minutes away from anything you could want. The hosts’ communication was quick and helpful! We had a power outage that affected a few things but had quick support.

Our family has been in the vacation rental business since 2003.  When you reserve our tropical getaways you are dealing directly with the owners. We enjoy visiting our "home away from home" and creating memories as a family.  Some of our favorite activities are swimming,  jogging along Kihei’s beautiful coastline, snorkeling, hiking, our short walk (just 3 minutes!) to Kamaole 2 beach, and driving to various locations to enjoy the diversity of the island. 
We have on-island hosts, conveniently located near our condo, who provide our guests with services such as entry code, maid service, and they are on call 24/7 should a situation arise that needs their immediate attention. Together our goal is to create an enjoyable guest experience.
