You are looking at a lovely and functionally designed 2bd/2ba condominium situated on the third floor of a building. An elevator is provided for easier access to the property. It has a lanai that faces the north and offers a view of fantastic tropical flowering trees and the aromatic scent of their fresh flowers. What more can you ask for?
New HD TV in the living room and Roku TVs in the two bedrooms. New high end mattress were purchase in April 2025 for each bedroom. Also, new individually control AC units were installed in each bedroom in April 2025. One bedroom has two twins beds and the master bedroom has a queen size bed. The unit has WiFi. It two parking spaces(if needed), pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. Just across the street (South Kihei Street) are Charley Young Beach and Kamaole Beach 1. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, water and sand toys, and cooler are supplied so there is no need to rent anything. Swimming, surfing, stand-up paddling, snorkeling, fishing, diving are just across the street. You are only minutes to boating, kayaking, hiking, and golfing and a walking distance to everything, more great beaches, groceries, shops, spas, salons, bars, restaurants, music, movie theater, rentals/lessons, etc. It is also a few minutes to Kihei Boat ramp.

Living Room:
The living room is perfect for watching TV or listening to the radio while having a cocktail or two or simply a room for socializing. It has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. It has an AC unit for the living area.
Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with beds for 4. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other bedroom has two twin size beds, if needed. The mattress were bought new from the bedstore in 2025. Each bedroom has its own AC unit that can be controlled individually. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two people.
Bathrooms: There are two well-maintained tiled floor bathrooms. Each bathroom has a tub and shower.
Kitchen & Dining Areas:
The dining area has a table that can sit 4-6 people. If you are a food enthusiast, you have a very spacious and very clean full kitchen where you can do your own Top Chef inspired meals or cook at one of the 4 Gas Grills down pool Side. There is also 3 stools for people to sit and socialize with the cooks in the Kitchen.

Location & View: Tree View: Gorgeous views of tropical flowering trees from Kitchen, Bedroom and Lanai.
The condo is your home away from home. Almost everything is provided for you to feel very comfortable as if you are at your own home. There are clean towels, shampoos, conditioners, dishes, Pots and Pans, soaps, and Towels. Free wireless internet is always on and the password is readily available to you. The condo has an air conditioner but you may not need it because the condo faces the north and south, so we get no direct blazing sun because the lanai faces North. You can leave the doors and windows open if you love fresh Tropical atmosphere from cool trade winds and fans. Outdoor life is part of Hawaii's history. Hawaii’s afternoon breezes are simply amazing and fabulous. One block from the beach allows you to go and enjoy amazing sunsets.
Guest Access The Door has a key code entry lock to come and go so no need to keep up with keys or loose them on the Beach. The manager lives just down the way for help with any problems that may come up. We give you the code a day or two before your visit. The only keys you will need is your car keys and the Pool gate key.
Interaction with Guests: If we are in town we love to meet the people visiting and share hidden secrets that we have learned about the Island and places that are Great to Eat. We have a on site Manager to help with any needs that may come up.
The Neighborhood This spot is in walking distance to so much that a Car may not be need for most of your visit.
Getting around There is a Maui Public Bus route that pass right in front of this condo complex on South Kihei Road. As little as $4. for a day pass.
Other Things to Note You must have a Key to get into and out of the pool. There is a charge for lost keys as much as $200. per Key.

We loved our stay. The place was very clean and very well stocked. Nice and convenient location to nearby restaurants/beaches. Also, the owners are very responsive to any questions you may have.
We did a Mother/Daughter trip and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Keith was extremely helpful and made sure that our stay was great! He provides all the information you need for the condo and for places to see and restaurants to enjoy! There are plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, snorkeling equipment and more. The condo was very clean and the kitchen stocked with plenty of basic items. We would definitely stay here again!

fine condo in Maui near the beach
This condo is in a great location in Maui, just 1-2 blocks away from the nearest beaches. Those beaches were a great spot for swimming, as well as photographing lovely rainbows and sunsets. In addition, the location is easy walking distance to many restaurants in Kihei. The condo area is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and we slept well. The owner has helpful Hawaii travel info as well as snorkels, boogie boards, beach towels, and other activity equipment available for visitors to use. The full kitchen is clean and met our needs. There is a nice, small balcony with outdoor table and chairs. Visitors can use the pool and hot tub of the condo complex. We'd stay there again.

I love the Pacific Shores complex for it location in South Kihei right across the road from great beaches and walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
What makes this property unique
The unit was totally remodel in 2025 and it gets the cross breezes if you leave the doors and window open. It also has a nice garden view of the complex next door.
