My sister in law were very happy with the house. It is an older house but very clean and spacious. Walking distance to downtown. I would stay there again and would recommend to friends.

Was very clean and the host answered all of our questions and was very responsive to changes at the last minute. Master bed was very comfortable and basic supplies were provided. Location, cleanliness and functionality made up for a basic, somewhat dated accommodation. We would rent it again.

There was a mixup with our checkin date with the host so we initially were delayed in being able to get into the house. VRBO was excellent with helping us out with this and once the host was aware of the mixup he was prompt in getting us into the location. The best thing about the property was how clean it was, I truly appreciated that! The place is dated in its appearance but had everything you would possibly need and turned out to be a great place for us to sleep at while we were exploring St. john’s.

Comfortable older home, perfect for us!

Lots of space for 4 adults, older home , simple but comfortable, 15-20 minute walk from downtown restaurants, waterfront and pubs. The owner was quick to respond to questions and we were able to get an extra night. Would stay there again if we find ourselves back in St. John’s!

Great stay in St. John’s!

We stayed for 6 weeks at Victor’s property. We had a wonderful time, the house is well appointed and conveniently situated. It had everything we needed for a longer stay, and anytime we needed anything the owners were quick to respond. We are looking forward to staying here again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay at our home away from home!
