Child-friendly vacation apartment NEMO with balcony, garden and private parking space

Welcome to our child-friendly, newly renovated NEMO holiday rental. We’ve got everything the little ones need. Look forward to stuffed animals, books, and plenty of toys to keep the kids entertained. Outside, there’s an on-site playground with a sandpit, slide, swing set, and play tower. A lockable bike shelter for your bikes and e-bikes is available.
Inside, you’ll find a cosy and tastefully furnished holiday apartment that accommodates up to 6 guests and one toddler. The approximately 75 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of the house—at An der Reiterkoppel 47a—and spans two floors. The bright and modern apartment features free internet access (Wi-Fi), provided by a third-party provider.
The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, three bedrooms—one for three people, one for two people, and one for one person—and one bathroom with a shower, a towel warmer, and heated floors.
A sixth person can be accommodated for an additional fee of 12.50 per day.
The living room is both cosy and tastefully furnished and features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a radio, and a DVD player. A fireplace in the living room creates a cosy atmosphere year-round. You’ll need to bring your own seasoned firewood and kindling if needed, though these can also be purchased at a hardware store on Fehmarn.
A modern built-in kitchen with a dining area invites you to cook and eat together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle, as well as a toaster, a waffle iron, and an egg cooker. There is plenty of dishware and silverware for everyone (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.; 2 dishwasher tablets are provided).
The bathroom with a shower is modern and comfortably equipped. The underfloor heating and towel warmer ensure a comfortably warm shower experience. You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink, and a washing machine is also available. One roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay. The master bedroom features a double bed measuring 180x200 cm. The children’s room is located on the upper floor and is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). A travel cot with a mattress, a high chair, and a changing pad are provided. The single bed in the single bedroom measures 90x200 cm.
From the living room, you step out onto a spacious balcony that invites you to relax. Garden furniture, a parasol, and a grill are available for sunny afternoons and social barbecue evenings. In addition, a garden terrace belonging to the apartment is at your disposal.
