Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and grocery store (Acme). Cable TV and enhanced WI-FI coverage. Outdoor hot/cold locking shower. USB ports in livingroom, kitchen and all bedrooms. Beach just steps away. Fully equipped modern Chef's kitchen. Comfortable furniture. Washer and dryer. Large front porch with wicker furniture to enjoy the ocean view with your morning coffee. All new flooring for 2021.

Master bedroom has 2 queen size pillow top beds, the second bedroom has 2 twin size beds and the third bedroom has 1 queen size pillow top bed. Sleeps 8.

Linens, towels and paper products are not provided. Linens available to rent (Ocean City Beach and Linen Rental at 410-524-7057 (ocbeachandlinenrental.com).

Assigned head in off street parking for up to 3 cars under building. Bus stops one block away. Outside charcoal grill, picnic table and clothes lines. Families only - no groups. Oceanfront Paradise

My family stayed in this condo for a week. When we arrived, the unit was extremely clean. The unit had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. This is the perfect location for a family vacation. The boardwalk is only about 10 minutes away, but this unit is situated further north where it is quieter and more family friendly. We ate dinner out most nights, but used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch each day. The kitchen had all the accessories needed. The pictures don’t do the view justice. This unit has a beautiful view from the deck and is only steps away from the beach.

We live in the Annapolis area and have been vacationing in Ocean City for over 60 years. We have stayed in The Fins for 50 years. We started renting this condo in 1972 for our vacations. When the condo became available for purchase in 1986 we jumped at the opportunity to buy it. We have remodeled the entire unit and have enjoyed working on it off season. The condo has a homey feel and is very comfortable.

Why they chose this property

We've had the same return renters who have enjoyed our unit for over 15 seasons. Our condominium is a quiet, family oriented building and a great place to enjoy a relaxing family vacation. Golfers love it too!
