Fantastic location

This property was located in a good area for both restaurants and shopping. The property pool was very clean with plenty of lounge chairs. It was nice to have easy beach access as well!

Great location. But outlets didnt work in half the condo spare bathroom no door knob on the inside couldnt close master bed room door wouldn't close .Tv in living room didnt work this condo needs alot of work

Great Place!!!

Great location was central to everything. Kitchen had all utensils. Unit seems bigger than photos. The pull out couch was not adult comfortable. AC worked fantastic!!! Fans worked great. We would definitely stay here again!

Was a bit dusty, could stand some paint touch ups. I did a bit of cleaning. Dryer did not vent into the hall! Overall was cozy for two and a very convient location!

Liked the balcony a lot & the grounds around the pool area was pretty & clean. The condo itself could use some updating. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the toilets are very low to the ground & the shower was tricky evidently you need to pull something down from where the water comes out; the living room tv is small, the ice maker doesn’t work and the screw at the bottom of the door handle to the balcony kept falling out making it difficult at times to open & close. Questions were answered promptly.

Condo was in a great location. Unit was nice but needs some attention. Balcony door lock was not functional - the frame around latch was scratched and gouged. Ceiling fans should be replaced.

The condo was filthy! The ceiling of the shower sagged over the shower head and black mold was in all vents. Other repairs needed! We slept in our clothes, called the property management the next day and left asking for full refund. We have pictures to prove how disgusting this condo is!

Overall cleanliness was good. Loved the view straight to the gulf. Walmart right across the street. Plenty of shops and food in the area - close to everything. Needs a few things replaced or improved but i would definitely stay here again.

I have never rented thru VRBO but that is way to go in the future. Condo was excellent, I would suggest the table on the balcony need to be tightened. That was only thing everything else was good. We really enjoyed our stay will come back.

The ice maker was not working and per maintenance had not been working for over a month and property owner had not chosen to have it fixed. The comforter on the bed smelled awful and the rug in the living area was dirty. The patio door to the balcony was so hard to slide back and forth and so hard to lock and unlock. Not a good experience at all.

Pros - Great place to stay. Convenient to grocery and restaurants. Appreciated having tv channel guide. Cons - few maintenance issues. Hot and cold water reversed in kitchen sink. Patio door would not lock (didn’t really matter since we were 5 floor up). A few lights burned out. Overall we had a great time!

Perfect Spot

Easy to book. Right on ocean with a view of the pool. The deck door was a little hard to open and close but we managed. We don’t watch a lot of tv but living room tv was smaller than I expected. Excellent value. We would definitely stay there again!!!!

On the beach!

The condo is located in a great location, close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and having coffee on the balcony in the morning. The condo itself was clean as far as the bathrooms, kitchen, etc. but the carpet was old and dirty. It had everything that we needed and we did not have any problems. It was as we expected.

Great property regarding beach access, pool, outdoor space. Very clean pool area. The condo could use updating. Bed was very comfortable. Living room furniture was nice. Ice maker overflowed water in the freezer. Maintenance “fixed” by disconnecting ice maker. Bedroom carpet was very dirty, only one burner worked on the stove, needs additional kitchen utensils, hot/cold faucets switched in the kitchen. Overall we were comfortable in the condo. Thank you!
