Your villa consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 350 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with electric heating and underfloor heating. The entrance is covered and leads over an external stair directly in the vestibule with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and window. Separate toilet with WC.
1st floor: Common room with 2 additional beds at folding bed and 1 baby bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower and WC. 2 bathrooms each with shower, WC and window.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, Playstation, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron, washing machine and dryer.

Orbanići. The villa is located on a farm, on a 350 sq m enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bounded by a fence, a hedge and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property and in the village (5 m).

Air conditioning, electric heating, underfloor heating. Children’s toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, PlayStation, iron, ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer and drinking water dispenser. The accommodation is furnished to be allergy-friendly.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with an alarm system, CO2 detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. The final cleaning is carried out by a professional company. Regional health guidelines are observed.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early April to early November, heatable, 5 m x 10 m, 1.4 m deep).
