This townhouse, situated within walking distance to the town center and the beaches, is a warm and welcoming traditional Algarvian-style house that has been beautifully renovated.
Combining traditional features with contemporary decor, it offers all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Both the living and dining rooms open out to sun-soaked south-facing terraces. There are also two additional private rooftop terraces, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. The property features a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, various European television channels, and a DVD player.
Outside, guests have access to two communal swimming pools. The Vila Nova complex, just around the corner, offers a well-equipped pool area with sun loungers, outdoor toilets and showers, a children's playground with grass, a separate pool for small children, and a restaurant/bar with Wi-Fi. The townhouse is located in a more residential area, and the neighbors are sensitive to noise, while the Vila Nova complex is family-oriented. There is also a swimming pool just behind the house, perfect for a relaxing, quiet stay.
A tourist tax applies to all guests aged 13 and over staying in the Algarve. The property accommodates 4 adults plus two children under 12 sleeping on a sofa bed.
