Located in the picturesque fishing village of Santa Luzia, known as the octopus capital, this comfortable 80 m² apartment welcomes up to 6 guests. It features 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds—plus a sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, TV with Portuguese and international channels, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, and an outdoor shower.
Enjoy the private balcony with a table and 6 chairs, perfect for outdoor meals. You can also relax by the shared outdoor pool. The apartment is close to the beach, just 5 minutes from the ferry to Praia da Terra Estreita and about 5 minutes by car from Praia do Barril and Pedras d’El Rei.
The property offers 1 parking space in a shared garage with direct elevator access to the ground floor, as well as street parking. Events and pets are not allowed. A travel cot and high chair for babies can be provided on request and subject to availability.
You will be near typical restaurants and cafés, where you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood on terraces overlooking the Ria Formosa.
