Very nice, clean house. Quite neighborhood. Everything is working inside the house and at the dock. Have everything for comfortable staying. Water around dock is very shallow and can walk for long distance, but not good for boat, only little boat. Lots of crab to catch. Pool clean and good size to enjoy. Our family had very good time. Thanks to hostes for nice place.

The house was great! Exactly as described! The pool was wonderful! We had great weather; we were able to swim every day. It was a challenge to be in the pool very long though; there is no shade to take a minute's break from the sun. We used 70% and 100% SPF sunscreen a smidgeon of shade would have helped :) So, be prepared if you intend to use the pool. There is an umbrella at the table next to the pool, so eating lunch by the pool was ok. The crabbing was great! We had steamed crabs 3 days and they were delicious! The house is in such a quiet area, the setting is just beautiful and serene. Every sunset was beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing your home with us, Patti! Patti was great!!! Very responsive and kind!

Perfect for a family vacation!

This house was a very nice house to rent for a family vacation. The house was very clean and pretty. The pool is very big, and clean also. And we loved fishing on our personal fishing pier every day! We also found good restaurants to go to in town every night.

Superb! Exceeded our expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the accommodations, the view and the location. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped. The owner was easy to communicate with and readily available for information and questions. Definitely one of the best vacation rentals we have experienced.

Perfect Peaceful Getaway on the North River

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at this beautiful North River cottage. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still conveniently located. The home is well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent our days catching crabs, swimming in the pool, and our nights under a stunning star-filled sky. Truly a relaxing and memorable escape!

This house was a perfect get away for our family! Sunsets were beautiful. The location was a little out of town which allowed us to relax but was only an hour away from Williamsburg and Bush Gardens. The near by towns had lots of really good restaurants. We also enjoyed trying our had catching and cooking the blue crabs. We would recommend this house!

We had a wonderful vacation with our 3 young kids. Crabbing, fishing, kayaking, pool, plus tons of games and puzzles inside. The days weren't long enough! The home is well kept and the views are beautiful. We saw sting rays, turtles, and lots of crabs! Would love to come back.

Lovely stay!

Our family of 4 and our 2 friends absolutely loved the house! We spent each day in the pool, fishing, kayaking, hanging out in the screened in porch, and relaxing in the room overlooking the water. I the location was great, easy drive to Mathew’s for groceries, ice cream, and dinner. Great communication with the host, easy check-in and home was just as the pictures show. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect start to summer

Wonderfully decorated and accommodating home. Kids loved the pool, kayaking, and fishing. Grownups loved the views and the proximity to area sites. Bethel Beach was fhe family favorite by far. Thank you!
