Experience authentic Santa Fe in this one bedroom (1000 square foot) casita located in the historic Guadalupe district. It is optimally situated next to the Railyard District, the burgeoning new hub of the city, and not far from the Plaza. Whether you would like to take the Railrunner to Albuquerque to view Balloon Fiesta, the scenic train to Lamy, ski, mountain bike go to the opera, shop in the open air market, visit the art galleries, dine in traditional New Mexican fashion, or much more; you are not far away.

Enjoy living in a traditional adobe with vigas, latillas, nichos, and a spacious portal to bring the outdoors in. It has a large bathroom featuring Mexican tile, a large spa tub, and shower. It is decorated in typical Santa Fe style allowing a relaxing, introspective stay with two outdoor courtyards and four skylights. You won’t miss out on the modern conveniences with a 40 inch LED HDTV, blueRay player, NetFlix, Amazon Prime, Sling (ESPN, CNN, HGTV, etc.), AppleTV, high speed internet, iPod speaker system throughout, iPod docking alarm clock, covered parking, washer/dryer, and a luxurious queen size bed and sleeper sofa.

Guide book for guests available in casita and online. Owner/manager available for recommendations of local activities, and will stock casita, for arrival with groceries, for additional fee.

It was all and more than advertised. The property was immaculate, organized and so well cared for. Morning coffee outside in the cool temps was a favorite.I’m planning a trip to stay there again next year.

This casita is exceptional. Barb is wonderful. If late check in make sure your cell has a flashlight as lockbox is a bit hard to see the code numbers. Also, you need a car if staying here as most of the downtown stuff just a tad too long a walk. Assuming you will be going into town several times. These are in no way complaints, just advice for future visitors. We would rebook here in a heartbeat.

Very clean, well-stocked. Nice morning sunshine. Comfortable bed. The gate lock box was a bit of a challenge to open. Communication with host was timely and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!W

Peaceful but close to action

Great place to stay with courtyards and cozy fireplaces, plus a giant jetted tub. Also, close enough to walk to the railyard and even the plaza. Our second time staying at the lovely casita and it’s just as good this time!

This casita is even better than the pictures show. It is so beautifully built and decorated, and the outdoor areas are great for relaxing. The whole unit was equipped with everything I needed for the stay--so many thoughtful touches. Check-in was super easy, as was communication. I can't wait to stay again!

The casita was absolutely spotless and incredibly quiet. The pantry was well stocked with essentials and cookware. Had a great time. The bed was a little firmer than ideal, but everyone has different preferences.

We so enjoyed staying in this wonderful property. Great areas to relax both inside and out. Well maintained and beautifully decorated. Convenient location within walk or short drive to some great areas. Excellent communication with manager throughout our arrival and stay. Highly recommend!

Just loved our stay

We loved this casita!! Everything you need , ample room, great cozy living area, comfortable bed, close to downtown Santa Fe. Patio was great for morning coffee and yoga. Loved the open son pet and the large skylights in the bathroom and closet. Such a great space

The Casita fit our needs. The kitchen had all the gadgets we needed. The charcoal grill worked perfectly. We would stay again. My wife liked the decorations throughout the Casita.

This casita was everything as listed and more. The attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay was exceptional. The furnishings and overall decor of the home is cozy and tastefully done. The locatipn is convenient and I was able to walk to the restaurants, galleries and shopping. One of the best VRBO I’ve stayed at! Can’t wait to return!

The casita was clean and spacious. Are host response to questions were prompt and helpful. The location was a bit further than I expected from the Plaza but still close enough to many restaurants and other attractions.
