The view & location from the condo to the beach is awesome! We love a great beach front & this condo has it!! There were some major cleaning issues but Ian & housekeeping responded & offered to take care of the issues. A Great Stay!

The property overall is old. They do a great job of keeping the property in excellent shape. The oceanfront property (beautiful ocean view) we stayed in is very small. No problem for us. We slept well, had coffee on the balcony in the morning, sat on the beach during the day and then cocktails on the balcony in the evening. Everything was in working order, nice big shower, comfortable balcony chairs. Great place for a couple. Probably a little small for a family. Would definitely go back again.

Location was ideal! The property is just as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet that the property provided. We also had communications with the host and he was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. We definitely will return!

Direct Ocean Front with amazing views from the balcony. This unit is very well maintained, clean and well thought-out in its layout. Host was the best, very easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach, unobstructed 3rd floor view of the Atlantic over the dunes. There is a 8 ft flight of stairs from parking to 1st floor/elevator. Good parking around the unit.From parking, beach access is convienient, wooden boardwalk with NO stairs. Nice bike trails on this north side of Hilton Head. This unit is the southern end of the complex, the beach bar/pool/sports bar at north, so are a bit of a walk while on beach, but ez drive in evening. The undercounter frig/freezer combo worked out fine, the two combined were same as a "normal" full size frig. Enjoy!
