The villa is located in the village of Majkusi in the green interior of Istria, approx. 17 km from Porec and the beaches. The nearest restaurant and shop are in Baderna, 5 km away. There are numerous places of interest nearby in Porec, Novigrad, Motovun and Pazin. The house is situated on the edge of the forest on a 784 m² fenced plot and offers guests the following outdoor facilities: a 40 m² pool, sun loungers, a well-tended lawn, a covered terrace by the pool with barbecue and two parking spaces. The pool can be heated on request, so that a refreshing dip is also possible in the less hot months before or after the season. The villa for four people is a modern, newly built holiday home with a living space of 110 m², all of which is located on the ground floor. This beautiful villa combines a rustic stone façade with a modern interior in neutral colours and stylish details. It has a spacious living room with access to the outdoor area, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen all in one room, two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and exit to the pool, and a separate toilet. The entire house is air-conditioned and has a strong Starlink WiFi. Groups of young people are not permitted.
It is 17 km from the property to the beach and 6 km to the centre.
