Everything about this accommodation is 5 star!! The apartment was so comfortable with wonderful touches and the hosts are the best! They communicated quickly and were very helpful and so patient when I ended up arriving much later than expected. The bedroom is comfortable, private and inviting. Along with the rest - large bathroom, cozy kitchen with all of the amenities for a cook - we ate out some but also spent many evenings together around the dining table.Plus, I highly recommend Wahlwies. It's a small village, but has some outstanding attributes - a Bioladen within five minutes' walk with fresh pastries, coffee, groceries and superb steaks (for home cooking), incredible walking and biking trails right outside the door (15 minute bike ride to Bodman for lunch on the lake!). Plus, the Adler Guesthouse is within walking distance and we had the most amazing dinner at their fine restaurant - asparagus to die for!! Plus, everyone in the village is so friendly. Wherever you walk, you're greeted with a smile and a "Hallo". Can't wait to return!! Thank you Sylvia and Elmar.
