A great beach getaway

The view was great. The condo was spacious. Beds were comfy. Access to the beach was good. We were able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella, right there on the beach. which was great.

Upscale Relaxation

We had a marvelous stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular, and the furnishings and amenities are well appointed. The best thing about staying at Phoenix 6 is the very short walk across the boardwalk to the sugar sand private beach. Another plus is the pool complex for when you want a relaxing break from the waves. We’d love to stay there again.

The condo was very nice and clean. Definitely worth booking again. Only complaints would be there needs to be more silverware (forks, spoons & knives), bowls for mixing & serving food, Tupperware style containers for storing leftover food with lids and more space for storing non perishable groceries. We had a great trip and condo location was perfect for us! The pool and beach access were great for our families!

Ceiling to floor windows and doors so the view from the kitchen and living room was perfect. It was so nice to drink morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony and hear the ocean waves. Perfect few days, felt spoiled. Ike's beach service was excellent as well. The refrig/freezer ice maker worked but a little slow on making ice. We just bought a bag to have enough. Bedrooms were perfect too. Also had a full size washer/dryer. They also left a bottle of wine for us. The pool and hot tubs were great too! I didn't want to leave. It was what I wanted : on the beach and the beach view.
