Pack your walking boots if you want to explore the incredible nature of the area! You can experience the surroundings up close on a variety of paths. Beautiful hiking trails, such as via Biniaraitx, lead directly to Sóller; experienced hikers may want to climb the highest point on the island, Puig Major. The access road to the villa, surrounded by picturesque views, is rather narrow and steep, making it easy to reach with a smaller car. Your car will also take you quickly to attractive places such as the mountain village of Fornalutx, which has won the title of Spain's most beautiful village several times. On the small Plaça dEspaña, you can sit down for a meal or a coffee and experience the enchanting atmosphere. A little further south-west is Sóller, one of the largest towns on the island. Small, mostly rocky coves line the Tramuntana mountains, such as Cala Tuent, Sa Calobra or Cala Deià. We also recommend a trip to the beach of Port de Sóller, 8 kilometres away, and to the artists' town of Deía.
