On the very well-kept terrace on the ground floor, you are spoilt for choice: barbecue something tasty, enjoy a glass of wine together at the table or relax with a good book on one of the comfortable seats. On the other hand, you can enjoy the sun on the roof terrace, where sun loungers invite you to deepen your holiday tan. Children travelling with you are likely to enjoy not only the great private pool for daily refreshment, but also the basketball hoop, which provides further variety. You can conveniently park your hire car directly at the house.



Your holiday home is equipped with everything you need for a successful holiday on Mallorca and is also discreetly but lovingly furnished. The rooms are bright thanks to large windows, while white walls, lots of wood and carefully selected decorations add to the warm, friendly atmosphere that welcomes you here. A total of three cosy double rooms and two modern bathrooms, one of which is en suite, are spread over the two floors of the house. On the ground floor you will also find the fully equipped kitchen, which offers space for cooking as well as a small table to sit at, for example for a quick breakfast or a snack in between. The spacious, open-plan living and dining room invites you to linger and relax, whether over a meal together or a cosy evening watching TV. Situated in the middle of an urbanisation on the south coast of Mallorca, the pretty Villa Casa Hector offers plenty of privacy despite having many neighbours all around. Situated on a road that can be heard acoustically depending on the direction of the wind, the house is set on a manageable plot that has been optimally utilised: There are covered and sunny terrace areas, a barbecue, a small sunbathing lawn and even a private pool including inviting sun loungers and a practical outdoor shower. Restaurants and shops as well as several beautiful beaches are within walking distance.



Air conditioning is included in the price for 12 hours per day, after which it is charged in cash on site.
